The Purpose Of This Retreat
Take the time to stop, relax and heal.
This meditation retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from everyday busyness and explore emptiness - the true nature of reality. By developing the wisdom that realizes the dream-like nature of ourselves, other people, and the world around us, we can begin to let go of problems at their root and develop an unsurpassed inner freedom.
No previous experience of meditation is required.
Everyone welcome!
