Meditation for Everyone

Building Your Meditation Habit

~Peace by Piece~

In this half-day afternoon meditation course, we will explore simple yet powerful practices that help us build inner peace, piece by piece. Through guided meditations, we will learn how to quiet the mind, reduce distracting thoughts, and reconnect with the natural peace and clarity that already exists within us.

Each meditation offers a different “piece” of the practice, helping us step back from the endless stream of thoughts so we no longer feel trapped by them. Gradually, these pieces come together to create a greater sense of inner freedom, spaciousness, and calm.

The practices taught, including mindfulness of breathing and positive visualization, will guide us in letting go of mental busyness and connecting with a more peaceful, positive state of being.

Each meditation will be clearly explained and gently guided by the teacher, making this course suitable for everyone, whether you are completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.

Everyone Welcome!
