Weekly Drop-in Classes at the Temple
We have different regular classes throughout the week both at the Meditation Centre and in different locations off-site.
These are part of the General Program and focus on applying Buddha's teachings to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek.
These classes cover a variety of topics and generally consist of a teaching and two guided meditations. Each class is self-contained so feel free to drop-in when you can!
Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. Everybody welcome!
