A Practical Three-Week Meditation
Course for Everyday Life
Feeling joyful and connected to others is essential for our sense of wellbeing, inner peace, and happiness.
However, even in a city like Toronto, surrounded by millions of people, a sense of connection can be elusive, leaving us feeling isolated even in an age of ‘connectivity’.
Connection is something we experience in the mind, and therefore it is a feeling that needs to be cultivated by the mind.
In this meditation series, we will explore simple but powerful meditations that gently open the heart and create a genuine feeling of connection with others.
We discover a natural warmth and openness from within, allowing us to enjoy life more fully and find greater meaning and purpose.
Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly theme.
Each class stands alone, so you can join at any time and book individual sessions. The meditations are practised seated on chairs.
We also have books available to support deeper understanding and to help you deepen your experience through reading and reflection.
No previous experience of meditation is required. Everyone is welcome.
IMPORTANT: Due to city by-laws, you cannot pay at the door and must book in advance using the booking below.

Buddha’s teachings
Practical advice that can be applied directly to our daily lives.
Meditations
Simple guided meditations that lead to an experience of inner peace.
I've been to five workshops at this centre over the last year and it's completely revolutionized my meditation practice. I'm super grateful to have stumbled across them and recommend them every chance I get. Thanks!
— Andrew
Every time I join a workshop, I go home with valuable lessons that I can live by in daily life. The teachings are logical and cleaned my negativity significantly.
— Sara
I apply many of the teachings in everything I do in my daily life and I can say I am a much happier person and lead a much lighter life. This is my personal experience. I hope that if you get a chance to try them out they’ll be helpful in some way to you as well.
— Bianca
