Meditation for Everyone
Love, Desire & Attachment
A Practical Four-Week Meditation Course
for Everyday Life
In these meditation classes, we will learn how to bring more harmony, joy, and peace into our relationships by understanding the difference between love, desire, and attachment.
These different minds are often confused, and in close relationships we may mistakenly think that our love itself is the cause of the pain we experience.
Buddha taught that love can never cause us problems, but the “sticky” mind of attachment can.
When we cling to others to fulfil our wishes, we become emotionally dependent, and like a balloon in the wind, we lose inner stability and mental freedom.
Through developing pure love, we can care for others without clinging and discover a stable source of happiness within our own mind.
The sessions include two guided meditations and a practical talk on the weekly topic.
Each class stands on its own, so you can join at any time and book individual sessions.
Meditations are practised seated on chairs.
Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, you are warmly invited to join us.
IMPORTANT: Due to city by-laws, booking must be done in advance using the booking below.

I've been to five workshops at this centre over the last year and it's completely revolutionized my meditation practice. I'm super grateful to have stumbled across them and recommend them every chance I get. Thanks!

Every time I join a workshop, I go home with valuable lessons that I can live by in daily life. The teachings are logical and cleaned my negativity significantly.

I apply many of the teachings in everything I do in my daily life and I can say I am a much happier person and lead a much lighter life. This is my personal experience. I hope that if you get a chance to try them out they’ll be helpful in some way to you as well.
