Healing the Heart:

Letting Go of Anger and Frustration

In this four-week meditation series, we will explore Buddhist teachings and meditation practices to help us heal from anger and frustration. These turbulent states of mind disrupt our mental peace, cause anxiety and physical discomfort, and also lead us to react in ways we later regret, which can affect our relationships.

Through guided meditation and reflection, we will learn how to respond to life’s challenges with acceptance and peace in our hearts. This practice supports us in navigating difficulties with greater ease and acting with kindness and wisdom. Cultivating this mindset builds strength and resilience, helping us become a steady source of calm for ourselves and those around us.
