In this course, you’ll discover practical techniques to let go of anxiety, hurt, and self-blame, freeing yourself from self-limiting thoughts. By practicing these methods, you can cultivate a clear, calm, and joyful mind — and step into a more positive, confident, and resilient version of yourself.

This course takes place in the serene, spacious, and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada. Between sessions, enjoy complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions.

No previous meditation experience is needed. Everyone is welcome!
