In these classes, we’ll explore simple, practical techniques to make your meditation stronger and more enjoyable. We’ll cover topics like maintaining good posture, overcoming distractions, and using powerful objects of meditation—such as mantras, visualization, and the clarity of your own mind.

These classes are suitable for everyone, and designed to inspire and support you, helping you deepen your practice and feel more confident in your ability to meditate.

These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A.

Each class is self-contained so feel free to drop-in when you can!  Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. Everybody welcome!
