Learn how to feel positive within! Whenever our mind is peaceful, we have our own source of happiness within ourselves. Positive minds naturally create positive feelings. By cultivating a positive mind through meditation, we can nurture feelings such as loving-kindness, peace, patience, and compassion, which bring greater well-being, enjoyment, and meaning into our lives.


These classes are held in the peaceful, spacious, quiet and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada which include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A.

Each class is self-contained, so feel free to drop in whenever you can! Afterward, please stay for complimentary refreshments and social time - it’s a great chance to chat, discuss the lesson, and ask any further questions.

We also have many books and materials available at our Temple shop to help people deepen their learning and experience through further reading.
