In these gentle, accessible classes, you’ll explore simple Buddhist meditation techniques that quiet the “overthinking mind” and bring clarity to your life. Through guided meditations, you’ll create mental space, calm distractions, and cultivate a sense of ease and balance—helping you navigate everyday challenges with greater calm and flexibility.

These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained, so feel free to drop in whenever you can! Complimentary refreshments will be provided.
