Wednesday Drop-in Meditation Class ~ Exploring Buddhism: Practical Wisdom for Daily Life

Exploring Buddhism:
Practical Wisdom for Daily Life

This six-week course is open to everyone. It introduces, in a down-to-earth and practical way, the fundamental principles of Buddhism—such as karma, past and future lives, meditation, and how to find inner solutions to your problems. Each session shows how these teachings can be applied in daily life to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and resilience. By the end of the course, you will have a strong foundation in Buddhist philosophy and practical ways to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

These classes include two guided meditations and a talk on nurturing deeper inner peace and a clear sense of purpose and direction in our lives. After each class, there is time for Q&A.

Each class is self-contained so feel free to drop-in when you can!  Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. Everybody welcome!
