You're warmly invited to our inspirational Sunday morning meditation classes.


A morning class on how to use Buddhist meditation to cultivate resilience and positivity in the face of life’s challenges.

Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary. Each class is self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any time. After class, enjoy complimentary refreshments in our community room and the opportunity to ask questions or chat with others. Our Temple shop is also open, offering books and meditation materials to support your journey.
