Sunday Serenity & Inspiration Drop-in Class: The Power of Meditation and Imagination ~ An Introduction to Tantra

Sunday Serenity & Inspiration:
The Power of Meditation and Imagination An Introduction to Tantra

With Gen Kelsang Thekchen

Buddha’s Tantric teachings harness the power of meditation and imagination, guided by wisdom, to bring about profound inner transformation. Often described as a “quick path to enlightenment,” these practices dissolve our ordinary sense of a limited self and invite us to identify with our pure potential—the potential to embody the body, speech, and mind of an enlightened Tantric deity. By engaging our imagination in this skilful way, we begin to experience our spiritual potential not as a distant ideal, but as a living experience in the present moment.

Everyone is welcome.

After the class, enjoy complimentary refreshments in our community room, ask questions, or simply connect with others. The Temple shop will also be open, offering books and meditation resources to support your practice.
