You're warmly invited to our inspirational Sunday morning meditation classes.


Each week, we'll explore practical methods for cultivating positive intentions and using Buddhist wisdom to navigate life’s challenges with greater peace and clarity.

Through guided meditations and accessible teachings, you’ll learn how to stay calm, centred, and resilient—even in difficult moments. This series will focus especially on overcoming anger and frustration, and on developing the strength of patience in everyday life.

These classes are based on the book How to Solve Our Human Problems by Buddhist meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. With clarity and compassion, this book offers simple yet profound insights into transforming adversity and finding happiness from within.

Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary. Each class is self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any time. After class, enjoy complimentary refreshments in our community room and the opportunity to ask questions or chat with others. Our Temple shop is also open, offering books and meditation materials to support your journey.
