Meditation & Being Patient With Our Progress

We need to be aware that our progress, in fully understanding and using Buddha's teachings in our daily life, can take time. With Buddha's wisdom teachings we can learn to accept the rhythm of our progress.

Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on the weekly topic. Every class stands on its own, so you can join at any time and book for individual sessions.

Meditations are practised seated on chairs.

Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, you are warmly invited to join us.

Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A.

These classes are held in the peaceful, spacious, quiet and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.  Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any point. Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. 

We also have many books and materials available at our Temple shop to help people deepen their learning and experience through further reading. 

No previous experience of meditation is required.  Everybody welcome!
