By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind. Regardless of the external circumstances, we develop a balanced mind that is happy all the time. We will discover and experience this directly.

Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A.

These classes are held in the peaceful, spacious, quiet and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.  Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any point. Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. 

We also have many books and materials available at our Temple shop to help people deepen their learning and experience through further reading. 

No previous experience of meditation is required.  Everybody welcome!
