Day Retreat ~ The Bliss of Meditative Tranquility

The Bliss of Meditative Tranquility

Day Retreat

Learn how to develop meditative stillness and concentration!

In this one-day retreat, we’ll explore how to reduce distractions and train in a state of tranquil abiding - a deeply peaceful mind that can focus single-pointedly on one object of meditation.

Over the course of four sessions, we’ll learn practical methods to enhance our ability to settle the mind, develop deep mental stillness, and let go of inner busyness. As we nurture this skill, we’ll discover a calm and clarity as deep and vast as the ocean.

To support a deeper experience, we’ll observe silence during the refreshment break periods in the morning and afternoon.
