You’re warmly invited to our inspirational drop-in Sunday morning meditation classes! In this class, Kelsang Zopa will help us gain a clear understanding of what meditation is—and how we can become stronger, more focused, and confident meditators.

Topics covered include:

- What is mindfulness?

- What are objects of meditation?

- Meditation posture

- Setting up a comfortable space to meditate

- How to reduce distractions

- Making progress in meditation

- Training in compassion and wisdom

Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary. Each class is self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any time. After class, enjoy complimentary refreshments in our community room and the opportunity to ask questions or chat with others. Our Temple shop is also open, offering books and meditation materials to support your journey.
