You'll be guided throughout, so there's nothing to figure out on your own and no pressure to "get it right."

The Power of Mantra

Mantra is a Sanskrit word that means “mind protection.”

For centuries, mantra recitation has been used to cultivate a peaceful and happy mind by helping to pacify the negative thoughts that give rise to suffering.

During this course, you'll learn the meaning and purpose of mantra recitation and be guided in a special breathing meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with mantra.

Through this simple practice, we can learn to let go of distracting and negative thoughts and gradually develop a more peaceful, positive state of mind.

With sincere practice, mantra recitation can become a powerful cause for greater inner peace and happiness in our daily lives.
